what to expect from me
Nourishment & connection are such high values of mine and am very passionate about helping others improve their relationship with food through a non-diet, holistic approach.
Yes, I can do meal plans, however, you can expect way more individualized care than just what to buy and eat. Sessions with me can include:
-
nutrition education
-
breaking down your specific needs
-
support & suggestions for goals
-
meal & snack building skills + recipes
-
trauma-informed care
-
holistic self-care focus
-
collaborative care with providers &/or supports
-
and much more, all things food, body, & wellness!

INSURANCE OVERVIEW:
I take are AETNA & Blue Cross Blue Shield and will be using CPT codes 97802 and 97803. But before you leave for having a different insurance, check for your out of network benefits.
SESSION OVERVIEW:
I do offer a FREE 15-minute meet & greet phone call prior to scheduling an intake for any lingering or unsure questions on this process or of what to expect from our collaboration!

Our first session will be the 60-90 minute intake session where I will ask many nutrition & health background questions to get started, as we will discuss what you want to work on nutritionally. This can look like:
-
A review of your past and current relationships with food, medical history, and what your current intake looks like
-
Goal setting based on your estimated needs & current food regimen
Follow-ups build off that first session and can entail:
-
review of set goals, editing as needed
-
discuss any current nutrition highs, lows, or focuses
-
dive into nutrition education topics
