Nutritional Counseling

Work towards understanding your nutritional needs, accomplishing your ideal self-care routine, & prioritizing health longevity

what to expect from me

Nourishment & connection are such high values of mine as I am very passionate about helping others improve their relationship with food through a non-diet, holistic approach.  Yes, I can do meal plans, however, you can expect way more individualized care than just what to buy and eat.

Sessions with me can look like:

nutrition education

breaking down your specific needs

support & suggestions for goals

meal & snack building skills + recipes

trauma-informed care

holistic self-care focus

exploring joyful movement

collaborative care with other providers

& much more, all things food, body, & wellness!
